Kovintrade Praha spol. s.r.o. was founded in 1992. The company operates in the fields of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, raw materials, welding and various industrial products. The main product groups are: structural steel sheet, dynamo steel sheet, stainless steel sheet, special steel sheet, tool steel, structural and alloy bar steels, pipes and profiles, ALU and copper steel sheet, TiZn steel sheet, welding consumables, ferroalloy, steel from scrap and industrial products. The company is headquartered in Prague, with a second commercial unit in Frydlant where the company also has its own warehouse and steel centre where steel cutting and further mechanical processing is available.
