Kovintrade Group Business Conference

Yesterday and today, we held the Kovintrade Group business conference at Rogla.

Annual year-end meetings are always an opportunity to evaluate the results of the closing year and, of course, to look ahead to the coming year.

At this year’s conference, we dedicated most of our time to the challenges that lie ahead of us in 2026 and in the years to come. Considering the constant and rapid changes in the business environment around us, as well as new directives and restrictions from the European Union regarding imports from third countries, we will need to find new solutions for the future development of our business.

Yesterday and today, during the roundtable, we engaged in an intensive brainstorming session to jointly generate new ideas and initiatives, as well as to identify all possible improvements to our business model for the future—covering areas such as inventory management, integrated margins, open and continuous communication among all stakeholders in the group, and the search for new suppliers and customers.
